Warranty Policy

1. Standard Warranty Coverage

Alien Bikes provides a comprehensive manufacturer's warranty on all new vehicles purchased directly from us or an authorized dealer. Our standard warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

• Vehicle Frame: 5 years structural warranty.
• Battery Pack: 2 years manufacturer warranty.
• Electric Motor: 1 + 1 year (2 years total) warranty.
• All Other Parts: 1 year warranty (includes controller, display, throttle, and wiring).

2. Warranty Exclusions

The following are expressly excluded from warranty coverage:

• Normal wear and tear items (e.g., tires, brake pads, belts).
• Damage resulting from accidents, collisions, or environmental factors (e.g., floods, fire).
• Issues caused by unauthorized modifications, aftermarket parts, or software tampering.
• Damage caused by improper charging, neglect, or failing to adhere to the prescribed maintenance schedule.
• Vehicles used for commercial racing, stunting, or extreme off-road driving.

3. Claiming Warranty

If you experience an issue covered under warranty, you must immediately report it through your Alien Bikes mobile app or dashboard. Bring your vehicle to an authorized service center for inspection. Our technicians will diagnose the issue and, if deemed a manufacturing defect, repair or replace the affected component at no cost to you for parts or labor.

4. Transfer of Warranty

The standard vehicle warranty is fully transferable to secondary owners, provided the vehicle is sold within the active warranty period. The secondary owner must register the transfer of ownership with Alien Bikes to activate their coverage.
