All fully-refundable pre-order deposits can be cancelled at any time prior to the final configuration and manufacturing lock date. Once you request a cancellation through your dashboard, the deposit amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Once your vehicle enters the final manufacturing phase and you complete your full payment, the order is locked. Cancellations made after full payment but before delivery may be subject to a 5% restocking fee, deducted from your refund amount.
Due to the nature of motor vehicle registration and taxes, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the vehicle has been delivered and registered in your name. If you encounter any manufacturing defects upon delivery, your vehicle is fully covered under our comprehensive Warranty Policy, and we will repair or replace necessary components free of charge.
Unused apparel and accessories purchased from our online store can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in their original packaging and condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective upon arrival.
Please note that while Alien Bikes initiates refunds immediately upon approval, the time it takes for funds to reflect in your account depends entirely on your bank or credit card issuer, typically ranging from 5 to 10 business days.
